HOLLYWOOD — The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce expects thousands of Tinseltown history buffs to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Hollywood Walk of Fame later this month, as a daylong festival of open house tours offers a peek into iconic theaters and studios.

Live performances and movie screenings will also be offered at no charge, and four iconic production centers, rarely open to the public, will open their doors on July 25. The public will have a rare opportunity to see inside Studio A at the Capitol Records building on North Vine Street, which features a 30-foot-deep underground echo chamber and has been used by six generations of musical stars.
